We would be delighted for you to become involved in the Parents Council. Our main function is to enhance your child’s experience at school by organising events and activities, and we help to build a school community for all parents.

As well as the committee, we also have Class Reps for each class who help link up the parents in their class with Parents Council events, and ensure everyone knows what is happening. The current class reps are listed below:

Breakfast Club – Club Bricfeasta

The Parents Council set up a Club Bricfeasta in the school to support parents who need to drop their children early. The Club is open to all parents, and children can be dropped from 8am. They will be given breakfast and can play with a range of toys and books. There is a small fee and is very flexible, as in can be used every day or a day here and there as needed.


Join the Facebook group! ’Gaelscoil Faithleann Parents’ 

There is a Facebook group you can join to find out what is happening in the school and also about activities happening in relation to children in the wider community such as classes, camps, training, talks etc. This is a closed group, with members only from school parents.

Welcome Coffee Morn On First Day

tea cupTo welcome you and help ease any first-day stresses, we will be hosting a coffee morn on the very first day.

Come along to meet each other and some parents from other classes too. There will be tea & coffee (crucial!), and some home baking, just to make the first taste of school even sweeter! We will have tissues on hand too if needed!!

Please come to the Halla on the first day of school term, just after drop off.
